Men Who Lead Well

the Podcast

Men Who Lead Well helps Christian husbands and dads become the men God created them to be by building leadership from the inside out. Instead of only addressing marriage problems, this podcast focuses on identity in Christ, biblical masculinity, character, emotional regulation, and practical faith. Through biblical teaching and real-life application, men learn how to lead themselves, strengthen their marriages, and build a legacy for their families.

Hey, I'm Glenn

I’m a Christian husband and dad who believes men can learn to lead their families with confidence, steadiness, and practical faith.

I spent years trying to lead my family through my own strength. Along the way, I struggled with how to partner well in my marriage, dealt with emotional ups and downs, and had an incomplete understanding of what godly masculinity and leadership looked like.

Over time, I came to understand that creating greater peace and connection in my home required more than simply trying harder. I needed to rethink leadership itself. Through God's Word, I began changing how I viewed myself, communicated with my wife, managed my emotions, and led my family—one step at a time.

That experience became part of the reason I started Men Who Lead Well.

I understand the desire to lead your family well while still wondering what that actually looks like when you're facing a difficult situation. My purpose isn't to give you another motivational talk or tell you how your family should operate. I want to help you examine the challenge you're facing, recognize what may be keeping you stuck, and find a practical, faith-based way to move forward.

If you're willing to take responsibility for your part, I'm here to help you take that next step.

Lead Well,
